Faulty Products

Once we receive your request, we will assess the situation and determine whether the product is indeed faulty. If we determine that the product is faulty, we will offer you a refund for the full purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges.
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original form of payment used to place the order within 14 days of approving your refund request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
